DescriptionPlease read the attached word document which outlines the work. If you cannot see it please tell me immediately and I will re-upload it. For the assessed coursework you need to present your findings as follows, in 3 sections:1. Section 1: Here you need to present the most important findings and what examinations, abbreviations and test results indicate or suggest (e.g. normal, high, low, indicative of disease etc). You should answer the question WHAT IS GOING ON in this section, extracting salient information from the case and combining this information (e.g. this symptom may be related to x found in the case report etc) to come up with the most likely DIAGNOSIS2. Section 2: Here you need to discuss WHY you think the diagnoses you have decided on in section 1 is the most likely diagnosis and why other causes/diagnoses/pathways/mechanisms are less likely. You need to try to explain mechanisms using the biopsychosocial model that you will have used in the practice cases and lectures to discuss different mental health experiences and their theoretical background3. Section 3: Finally, you need to discuss HOW this should be treated, what are the best treatments, what the patients prognosis is likely to be, and how other features of interest require further examination or treatmentYou should add a maximum of 5 using footnotes from the most salient evidence based websites you have used (medline, NHS, pubmed) to substantiate your findings and thoughts on most likely diagnoses, differential diagnoses, most likely mechanisms and most optimal treatment with its prognosis. These links do not count towards the word count. You have to decide how many words you use per section, but the total number of words used should not exceed 1000 words spread over the sections. Headings and footnotes used for references are not included in the wordcount. You must state your total word count at the end of your submission. The marking scheme used to assess your coursework portfolio is as follows:Section 1: WHAT is going on? (maximum 30 marks)- Have all symptoms, findings and examinations been correctly identified?- Has the most likely diagnoses been identified?Section 2: Why do you think this and why is the diagnoses not likely to be something else? (maximum 40 marks)- Have most of the most important mechanisms most likely to be responsible for the most likely diagnoses been mentioned?- Have the most important differential diagnoses and their mechanisms been mentioned?- Has the student outlined why these diagnoses are less likely based on findings and (theoretical) mechanisms, using evidence to support this?Section 3: How should this proceed ? (maximum 25 marks)- Has the most optimal treatment been identified with its most optimal prognosis for the diagnosis under section 1?- Have other features of interest, or other possible diagnoses, been identified with further examinations and/or possible treatments suggested?A final 5 marks are available for footnotes of literature and websites which have guided the answers to the sections.
