The paper’s name is “Modelling and Optimisation of a Manufacturing System using Kanban Process Cognitive Automation System” and the project will investigate Kanban Control Systems using both discrete event and agent-based technologies, to model complex handling in an assembly line. For this project, JIT principles will be applied both to the production processes and the material handling processes. The system performance is evaluated, and system optimisation directions are suggested. In this research, the work is performed by using MATLAB and Simulink (Production Toolbox) to generate a simulation environment for the product line system.What I would like you to research is:To review the literature review for Modelling and Optimisation of a Manufacturing System using Kanban Process Cognitive Automation System.To investigate Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvements processes for the Kanban Process Technology.To research and define related inputs and outputs for the modelling purpose used in past papers. Overall gaps that you have identified in the literature review and how did these references helped for the project purpose.
