DescriptionBy using Marketplace Live, my group and I created a bike company named COAST. Every quarter (from quarter 1 to 8) we created new products, bought new materials, opened new shops etc. The task for this assignment was to write a literature review about the value of the balanced scorecard as a measurement tool (which I have done and will be uploaded as a file) and then, for the second part of the assignment (which you will have to do) is about applying the key points from the literature review to our companys (coast) performance during the simulation. Youll have to take the insights and findings from the literature review and apply it to the companys (coast) activities and performance as it evolved during rounds 4-8 of the simulation. Use the insights and findings from the literature review as appropriate to help explain the rationale for what you did, and analyse the outcome of it. Your analysis should draw on data from the simulation, as appropriate. Use data extracts from the simulation to support your analysis. Think about how you might use graphs and tables to make data easier to understand. Incorporate graphs, diagrams or short tables into the body of your assignment do not use appendices for this purpose. THE TOPIC CHOSEN IS BALANCED SCORECARD. So I will upload all the data from quarter 4 to 8 and hopefully you will be able to answer the assignment task. I understand it might be a bit difficult so if you think its too much and you might not be able to do it please just let me know. They want us to tell a story with the findings of the simulations and the literature review but I have no idea how to do it. During the simulations we had to compete with other groups so if you think you might need data of their success during the simulation please let me know.
